Ahhh...summer in the gardens of the house of Devoto. Giving Riesling a run for its money.

It has been difficult finding a good, dry "hard" cider on this side of the pond. Most are too sweet, despite calling themselves dry. This one from Sebastopol was the best I've found so far, but still a long way from the quality you get in the UK and France. It wasn't too sweet which was great, but the flavor was fairly one dimensional and not very intense. Overall it was very easy to drink, though.

Nice dry, crisp cider. Very good, but prefer wine. May revisit when the weather turns warm

More gravensteiner- this one is more dry and perfectly captures the apple

Tasty dry cider and effervescent. It paired well with the vegan apple crisp for dessert.
