Devil's Corner
Tasmania Chardonnay
Reflections of Burgundy.
Piercing, linear and laser-focused. Tilts towards tartness, but doesn’t cross the line. Limes, gooseberries and kiwi fruit dominate the mid-palate. Lovely presentation which needs no food. $22 per. Fill yer boots!

Somewhat sweet and sharper than expected for a chardonnay. Not bad but not one I would reach for regularly.

Moderately sweet, citrus heavy chard, good introduction to cool climate Australian wines and good to see a chard that isn't the oak bomb you get in New World varieties.
