Always on the lookout for well-made, organic Burgundy at a decent price, I grabbed a few bottles of this for well under $30, and I'm really glad I did. This is razor-sharp, bright and acid-driven. Opens with matchstick, green apple, pear, green melon, lime, and a hint of cream and almond. Fruit is verging on underripe. Palate is high-acid, saline, and precise. Finish is snappy and long, mouthwatering. I think this still drinks quite young, looking forward to opening my remaining bottles over the next 2-5 years.

Seems like lee’s contact here apple/ pear, mineral - wish the acid was a touch higher here - great with lingcod however

Delicious; tons of mineral and funk, quince, slightly savory, hint of toast, noticeable tannins

I liked this. Whiff of smoke on the nose. A spring wine: easy going, shimmeringly pure; lighter on the palate than you might expect.

Apricots and lively acidity, some funk and salinity on the finish reminiscent of cat urine. A little imbalanced.

Perfectly decent but a little flabby. Nothing too special here. Good Tuesday night chicken dinner wine.
