I purchased this because it was made by Vailia Esh, wife of Herman Story's Russell From. Owing to my penchant for Herman Story wines and female winemakers, I was sold!
Easily the best nose of sub-40 bottle I may have ever had!! I couldn't stop smelling it!
Excellent oak treatment. Totally allowed the purity of the fruit to show, as the name suggests.
Complete winner.
