Easy drinker for a (so far) successful Cubs game. 4-0, top of the 5th, go CUBS! Oh yes, the wine. Dark purple/red hue. Black cherry lingers on the tongue. Dinner a favorite from Paso Robles- visit if you haven't been there!

Also from Friday night. Great fruit on the nose, well balanced, with just enough tannic backbone to keep it interesting. Anthony Yount is making some really good wines at Denner (and if you haven't tried anything from his Kinero label, check it out!).
