Less than Paso ripe. Nice wine with a fair amount of glycerin. Could use more acid for my tastes. Smelled stemy at first, but faded to ripe red fruit. Still not over the top.

Oak vs concrete. So cool to try the same wine made with two different aging methods. I think I'm on team concrete but I'd love to see how they both evolve. #pasowine

Never disappoints! Earthy, bramble berries, tobacco! Tastes fantastic but the time is now to drink this year!
