Posting a note from a few weeks back. This is the one rosé I buy more of than any other. It has gotten better and better each vintage, and this is the best yet. Already gone through half a case this summer!

Gorgeous pale pink in the glass with aromas of kiwi, grapefruit, and strawberry. Rich on the palate showing fleshy stone fruits, underripe watermelon, and even a reveal of spicy rhubarb. This is a flavor packed rosé that is very well balanced. Acidity shows up toward the very end preventing this from being flabby.

Perfect wine for #NationalRoseDay. Pale salmon pink and clear in appearance. Layered nose with strawberries, creaminess, honeydew melon and some light gravel. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and light plus bodied. Crisp palate with layers of raspberries, cantaloupe, stone fruits and a little sweet spices. Medium plus to long finish. Drink till 2022.

What a way to start off our 2018 Napa trip than with incredible views up at Jack Winery!

Arnyca tastes their wines here, which is a household favorite. The rosé is a top 3 for me, including the Gargiulo Rosato. Kiwi, grapefruit, watermelon and beautiful acidity.

I keep going back and forth between Montagu's rosé and this, but the most recent head to head goes to Arnyca. Arnyca, who has my favorite cab franc, just released this for their first rosé...what a start!

Great balance between tart fruit (raspberries, rhubarb) and sweet fruit (peach, pineapple, kiwi). Very aromatic. Crisp acidity from start to finish...the finish has a "soft" feel, as though you're tasting the skin of the fruit on the inside of your cheeks, and then drops off with a granite/crushed rock note. I'll be buying this rosé every year 👌

#rosé. The picture is all you need. Pairs exquisitely well with a heat index of 111.

Tip of the hat to @Shay A again on this producer recommendation - lived up to their outstanding Cab Franc and Cab Sauv. Easily slid into top-3 CA rosé status for me. Citrus and ripe strawberry nose with peach / melon driving the bright palate. Minerality / chalky quality was in check, too.

Big day of wine! Grand Reserve tasting at Total followed by steak night.

First wine for steak night. Honey dew melon and floral notes with wonderful acidity make for a powerful rose from the Russian River Valley.

Some bottle age has done this one WELL. Nose is tart strawberry and red licorice. Entry is dense sweet red fruit with great acidity. Almost seems to have a tree nut kind of gritty character moving to the middle. Herbal finish along with both sweet and tart cherry. This one shows 1 or 2 more levels than it did 6 months ago. The complexity demonstrated here is quite nice. Holding the other bottle until Spring!
