Really shining as it ages. Great acid, peach, petrol, wet stone and floral notes. Killed it with seared scallops. Glad I have more.

Jul 8th, 2015Opened yesterday. Showing some really pretty petrol and floral notes on the nose with peach, apricot and a touch of overripe Apple. Great acidity, white peach, Apple and big dried apricot on the palate. If they have more, I'm buying it..

Apple-y and just dry enough. Played nice with our homemade hot and sour soup. I've never gone wrong with Demetria's reds, glad I tried the Riesling.
