What a value. Such restraint and elegance rarely seen in young nebbiolo. Tar, lilacs, raisin-y, massive tannin and pronounced acid. Fabulous.

Young but pretty solid. Tar, baking spice, crushed dried roses and thyme, some anise and a little leather, good red fruit acidity and lots of tannins. From Town Center Wines, Eastham. 04/08/23

Light clear ruby--pinkish tinge. Potent nose of leather, rose, unripe cherry pit, tar, and a hint of oregano. Clear grippy chewy sucking tannins. Raw and bright on the palate, aromatic finish. This is my first Nebbiolo, and it's got strong delicious aspects that are clearly different from any other red varietal or blend I've had yet. [Rating it off of its first day: tannins, nose and finish all mellowed deleteriously overnight.]
