Pale salmon in colour. Light notes of fresh orange peel, chalk, and orange blossom. Blood oranges up front, with that chalkiness following through and rounding off an cooked quince. Quite light on acidity, and a tad bit drying but in a very fresh, pleasant manner.

Mod to high acidity, relatively dry but high fruit flavors, light body, tannins definitely present but overall light. Profile: plums, green apples, cherry. Overall: medium good to very good
