Honey, floral, waxy, overripe apricot, great acid and a hint of lime zest on the finish. Yum.

Restrained in the best way. Took a minute to open up. Honeyed, waxy, candied apricot, bright acid and a hint of wet wool.

Extremely well balanced between fruit and mineral. I didn’t think I LOVED Chenin Blanc, but I could drink it in a house, and I could drink it with a mouse, I could drink it with some fish, I could drink it with ANY dish!
