03' Del Dotto Napa Valley Cabernet. Had some friends over. The butcher sliced up some great fillets. Started a fire in the backyard, just the perfect night. The Cab needed a little time to open up.

2008. Intake is tasting great. Very smooth like velvet feel complex notes of currant, chocolate, tobacco wet stone

Drank w Dog @ Hondo Condo on 5/19/17. Velvet red rich finish. Great with steak. Loved it!
