Mise en cave: June 2015. Dégorgement: September 2016. Primarily Pinot Meunier, it smelled like apple blossoms and followed through with crisp apple flavors. My daughter said it was her favorite of the few Champagnes she has had because it didn’t have a lot of mineral or high acid on the finish.
