Princes Blanc de Noirs Champagne Pinot Noir

I tried this wine twice over past 2 years, a good wine but a bit pricey, as other Blanc de Noirs are just as good, maybe better at half the price. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and berry fruits and earthy spice, light mousse, good bubble flow. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors with biscuit and baking spice notes. Medium+ finish, lively acidity ending with creamy yeasty tones. Tasting Sample.

Drank 12/7/18. Champagne event. Tasting pour.

Red fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry mix with brioche. Fairly dry with raspberry, pencil savings, and peach. Slight charred notes on the medium finish.

3/22/7/4/3 + 50=89 pts.

Pear, stone fruit, cherry, raspberry, cranberry,lemon zest, bright. Hints of toast.

I'll start off saying this is a good wine but not worth the price tag. Many other Blanc de Noirs you can find just as good, if not better at half+ the price. Well balanced blanc de noirs. Notes of citrus and elderflower.

Clean and tasty - lots of aggressive bubbles in the beginning, took a smudge of time to open. Very clean fruit with a bit of richness underneath,
