I'll start off saying this is a good wine but not worth the price tag. Many other Blanc de Blancs you can find just as good, if not better at half+ the price. Big fruit flavors with crisp character and floral scents. Apple with citrus lime zest and big mineral character. Fine mousse, lingering with subtle yeast ending.
