Purple-red, moderately extracted pigment, very good clarity. Raspberry, cherry, butter, thyme and stone notes in nose. Raspberry, soy sauce and tar flavors, grainy tannin sediment, moderate to high skin astringency, mineral finish with seed bitterness. Needs time to open. Ready to drink after three hours decanting, rounded mouthfeel, excellent depth of fruit - raspberry, cherry, blueberry water plus barrel char.

Darker color, almost a red-brown. Lots of earthy notes, with a slight pepper mushroom smell. A hint of brown sugar. Very smooth with dark cherries mid palate and a slight pepper spice in the finish. Slight tannins rounds out this Pinot!

Inky ruby. A bit effervescent. White pepper, mushroom, strawberries, and raspberry. Savory more than fruity. Fairly light and very smooth.

Raspberry, blueberry, and rose water. Notes of mushroom, oak, a hint of soy. Acid is a bit tight, could’ve gone for some decanting. But very very good.
