Sep 24th, 2015Great integration and balance 8 years in. Medium bodied, baking slices, dried dark fruits, black cherry, vanilla, mushroom, and plum. Great structure, complex flavor. Braised beef or pork would be a beautiful accompaniment.

Solid Willamette Valley Pinot. Classic Dundee Hills red fruits and a nice finish. Not particularly complex or compelling, but a solid well-made Pinot.
