Salty, sea breeze, a touch fruit sweetness, apricot, white pepper. Six years old now but still on a roll. It's like a Riesling, but with slightly less minerality. Chapeau!

Interesting nose of spice, tropical fruit and soap.
Alas, completely shot on the palate. Very salty. Like Oral Rehydration Solution. Yuck.
