This wine is coming together with time. Great nose of baked fruit. Cherry with moderate plus acid on the palate. Not complex, but a straightforward Pinot joy.

Sep 27th, 2016Burnt notes in the nose. Cherry to start getting more tart to finish with oak, cedar and the burnt notes returning, with a finish that is medium acid. A medium bodied Pinot that tastes pretty young.

This wine was a bit disjointed. I got significant oak influence but it wasn't melded well with the fruit. I'd like to see what this tastes like in a year or two.
