On the nose, dark creamy, ruby, violet floral cassis fruits of; blackberries, blueberries, mulberries, black plum, creamy raspberries on the glass edge, black licorice, tarry notes, soft layered baking spices; cinnamon, clove, vanilla. Soft limestone, volcanic minerals, very dark fresh florals, lavender & violets.

The body is thick & full. It big, round, ruby and very lush. The length, texture, structure, length and balance are excellent for a wine so young. Tannins are round and dusty. Blackberries, blueberries, mulberries, black plum, creamy raspberries on the glass edge, black licorice, tarry notes, soft layered baking spices; cinnamon, clove, vanilla. Soft limestone, volcanic minerals, very dark fresh florals, lavender & violets. The acidity is round and a real beauty. The long, big, elegant, rich finish is gorgeously sexy and lasts minutes.

Photos of; the Davis Estates tasting room, crystal artwork in their cellar hall, old Wurlitzer jukebox in their event barn and the side view of their patio terrace
