Funky natural wine, but really solid. Very complex with sherry and apricot on the nose. Dry but not bitter. Very nicely balanced.

Apple cider on the nose, as well as anjou pear and green apple. Strong acidity and a lean body. Nice minerality. Has held up well after being opened several days.
