LV10. Pop and pour. Stunner, but better on day 1 than on day 2. On the nose: soft florals, vanilla, lemon, lime. On the palate: soft mousse, lovely acidity, grapefruit pith, wet stone and a solid finish. Clashed a bit with some of the heat in some plates last night, but fantastic on its own. Seems to be peaking.
