IMO, 07 is ready! Love the layers upon layers that this wine offers. Light on the palate yet focus of fruit and purity. Great bottle.

On the young side- fairly tannic and tight. Fruits are there and full as well. I get a nose of red fruits, orange zest, and spices. Palate features those fruits with tar, damp earth and tannins kicking in. Pleasing but worth waiting.

Enjoyable. Easy to drink but doesn't have the fruit forward taste of a merlot, lacked the complexity of a good Bordeaux. If someone were to serve it I'd enjoy it, but wouldn't seek it out.
