Exceptional white Rhône-ish blend - like CdP Blanc with the added mineral and acidic verve of Vouvray. There’s a bit of tannic bite (I believe from a touch of skin contact) that combined with the acidity gives a distinct grapefruit-rind character. Hints of almond nuttiness and beeswax to go along with orchard fruits on the rich yet deft palate. I’m in love.
