Most years Grenache fills out the Syrah, in 2016 it’s Carignan. Love this wine, can’t say it enough, I know what it costs, I know I paid a +4 markup at a restaurant and don’t really care, I love it that much. (Well, I kinda care)

Best vintage yet. More Provençal this year in it's floral, honey and tart peach core, but the briar and pepper back end give away it's Languedoc origins. For thirteen bucks this is absurd.

Crisp, Light and refreshing with delicious notes of strawberry and apple with a Rosey scent. Fruity but dry.

Decent fruit, but a little sour on the finish. Acidity is fine, probably better with some food.
