Not that well versed in sake, but this has to rank up there with the best ones I’ve ever had. Beautifully floral nose followed by a rich, silky smooth palate with a lingering finish, this was a perfect complement to a great dinner from Maru, the best Japanese restaurant in the area. Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife! 🥰
