Great chard. Not buttery in the traditional sense, light and fresh. Almost Sav Blanc-esque.

Nose and initial taste reminds of a Sauv Blanc with citrus notes, slight pears and green apples. Only a slight amount of butter on the mid palate with only medium acidity. Very enjoyable.
