I was intrigued by the label! Very pleasantly surprised! Richer than expected - juicy and velvety smooth with a nice dryness.

First impression: nice fruity aroma, definitely needs a little time to breathe. Much fuller after a few minutes. Smooth and not overpowering, nice lingering aftertaste.

Excellent value for a great tasting red. One of my favorites for an "anytime" wine or to bring to a friend's house for dinner.

Yummy! Velvety and dark. Plummy, smoky, deep. Great with a fall menu--roast beef, brussels sprouts, leek and potato soup... Perfect match.

Nice aromas, heavy on the dark fruit. Oak toast tends to linger a bit longer than other aromas and flavors. Touts "plush tannins" on the label, but it feels a bit forced and unnatural. Residual sugar is a little high for my tastes, but a lot of California red blend drinkers would likely enjoy it. Interesting and not terrible, but not something I'm likely to buy again.

Super smooth. Not a strong lingering aftertaste. If you're not hard core red wine lover. This might be good for you.
