Lots of fresh and juicy yellow fruit: apples, pears, and tart pineapple. A little bit of body in the mouth. The alcohol is high enough to be slightly noticeable. It lacks the acidity to be super versatile, and would be better suited for cheese, light fare, and seafood. 13.3% ABV.
