Nose of; blackberries, black cherries, black plum, black raspberries, dark roasted coffee, black licorice with fresh & dry florals. Palate of; blackberries, blueberries, black plum, black raspberries, violets, dry roses, notes of tar, black licorice, used coffee grounds, M+ tannins, caramel, dark chocolate, gentle spices, beautiful even finish with big acidity. Photos show one of their "Dead Arm vineyards" with a visual example of the term dead arm. Also, a shot of their very busy tasting bar.

Amazing!!! Shiraz as it should be: rich, opulent, decadent, amazing fruit and spice and holds up to the heartiest of dishes (roasted lamb in this case). Wish I had a case of this!! Drink now through 2030 easily!!

V13. Outstanding. Crystal staining purple juice. Soft candied berries and smoked bacon nose. Fresh, juicy black cherry fruit. Velvety smooth, slightly astringent boot leather and black pepper finish.

A much better showing than the previous couple of times I have had this. I was so disappointed to not like this in the past. Today, a much more well balanced and rounded classic Australian Shiraz. Not jammy but certainly background notes of blackberry jam. Appropriate acidity to balance it out. I guess it just needed some time!

Dark fruit, peppery, and a bit of nice leather. Taut tannin, but still very luscious on the palate. Will definitely buy again and let it age more.

Very palatable with smokey nose to it, balanced and worthy with some red meat platter.

2013. Needs another 5 -10 years. Tannins were crazy.
