Langhe Nebbiolo

Production has improved on recent vintages for Daniele Conterno, resulting in a pleasant Langhe Nebbiolo with violets and fresh cut rhubarb. A tad uneven, with some sticky brightness and tannins, but this will likely integrate with a year more in bottle.

Drinking well

This is quite good for a young Nebbiolo. Easy drinking yet still with notes reminiscent of Barolo.

Yummy quaffable pristine red fruit driven Nebbiolo. Naive yet studious. Would be interesting to drink again in a few years once the fruit tones down. Math: 600 Verbal: 600

A second bottle has an interesting sharp taste. Downgraded a bit from the initial bottle. Not terrible but needs to open up a bit before it comes to it's potential. strong tannins makes the initial entry a bit unwelcoming, but give it some time it will open up and leave you wanting for more.

Very acidic, needs food to help balance it out.

Baby Barolo keeps it clean. Nice and light. Perfect to balance spicy food. Still young and will come back to this in a few years

Dry, cherry, tins of depth, not as brick colored but more ruby red.
