Gorgeous nose. Has an richness but also salty sea air. Young and aging at the same time. Herbal and a hint of bittersweet caramel. Awesome. Palate is racy, energetic, savory and rich. Terrific sap and energy. Amazing texture. Dynamite finish and just sick sick texture. Wow. So long, juicy and nimble. A stunner. Has years to go as well.

Dark golden color. Lots of minerals, seabreeze and wet stone combined with some forest floor and funk notes and some smoke. Broad and almost oily mouth feel. Fesh lemon and grapefruit, balanced acidity. Still more structure and minerality than fruit and excellent with seafood. Thuis is what properly aged and mature 1er cru Chablis is about.
