Pale golden lemon color with aromas with complex aromas of citrus, floral and flinty stone fruits, lees aging with regular bâtonnage for a period of about 8-12 months. On the palate flavors of lemon, pineapple and peach with floral notes and slight herb spice. Long rich finish, balanced acidity ending with sweet citrus and stony mineral spice. The vineyard is in organic conversion since 2020.

Lots going on, probably best suited for savoury food pairing, slightly rich. Sense this could use a few years in bottle to integrate.

A pale, almost translucent yellow; much more rounder than I expected but phenomenal balance of acidity and fruit. Some interesting herbs with a touch of vanilla here; need to get some more!
