Pure lemon, lemon pith, petrichor, lemon bar / white peach and something a little floral but earthy-floral, like a dandelion florality / acid in check and nicely sewn into a mouth-filling minerality / round and quite medium-bodied on the palate with some nice length —very mâconnais, but with hints of a spicy white tea thing I can’t quite put finger on. / super pleasurable and oddly thought-provoking, this Beaujolais blanc presents as an approachable, crowd-pleasing twist on entry-level white burg. And you know what? It’s delicious.
