Smooth. Just kidding. A little tart but opens up as it rests. At first drink my face may have looked like Chevy Chase eating the turkey from Chrisymas Vacation.

Nose holds some promise and a bit of elegance. Flavor is classic Pinot. Cherry gives way to apple pumice and smoke. Fairly smooth and easy but also pretty balanced with excellent bitters.
