Possibly in a weird phase right now - a lot of sulfur but that does blow off & give way to peaches & honey & almonds & cheese rind - will be interesting to see how my 2 remaining bottles continue to develop....still love this wine even through the growing pains 😊

Couldn't get past the ladybug taint on this wine with the herbal and grassy components on the nose and palate. Crisp acid and vibrant on finish, but overall, not my favorite.

This 2011 supported a great variety of flavors ranging from apple cider and bruised pear to a slight earthy element. The nose was abundant with honeysuckle and even a cactus suggestion.
