π compressed greenish white
π mostly lemon with a hint of greens such as parsley
π tartness with some green apples and a hint of bitterness
π― light with a hint of acidity
As the wine temperature rised the bitterness increased and the acidity disappeard.
Paired well with my usualβs mother in law grilled salmon and buckwheat.
Not too bad!
Good value for money. As always with dalton actually.
