Showed distinct bricking and super odd nose: very squirrelly like Norton, spicy earthy brambly, some barnyard, musty but also cigar, smoky herbaceous notes. Bunch of red berried fruit too, but lost in a whirlwind of chaos. Med(-) body, had some elegance on palate, refined tannins and not as convoluted flavor profile: almost (Left Bank) Bordeaux-like. Ultimate enjoyed this gem from Crete if rather unusual aromatically.
