We finally saw the sun today. It made this all the more delicious.

One of my favorite ciders. Some barnyard funk up front. Lovely baking spices on the finish. Like fall in a glass.

Herbal, funky, super interesting with a long finish and undertones of Fuji apples.

Funky tannic Normandy adventure. So many questions. How do you get that color? And the mouth feel? Perfectly off dry, dryer than I remember previous vintages. Finish might not be for everyone but it certainly sticks around long enough for you to decide. What a great cider
