2020 vintage. Unspectacular but solid and keeps coming like the antagonist in a horror movie. Can't stop. Won't stop. Medium/medium-heavy body. Fruit and tannin balance currently. Under $20 USD resto cost. 8.12.26.

The nose shows red and black forest fruits first, blackberry, raspberry and black cherry, there's cocoa notes too, earthy touches, a bit of leather too. The palate is rather fresh and acid driven considering that it sports a heatlhy 14% abv. There are nice, juicy blackberry notes all along, some width, some polished tannins in the rear, adding a drying layer all over a long finish with the same red and black fruits notes with even a blackberry sweet and tangy jam note that lingers for a while in there, some earthy notes too and a coconut touch, too. A tiny salty, savoury note pops up in the very end to add a last layer of complexity to the wine. Very solid for the price tag (about 15 USD in equivalent local currency).
