Sàgana Tenuta San Giacomo Nero d'Avola

One of my inexpensive go to reds on a cold night with a fresh pizza. Youthful fruit, decent acid, good weight and tasty finish. Love Sicilian wines as they offer excellent value!

Not fair to compare it to the Noa since this one has 1 year more bottle age. Beautiful nose, very round and full of red fruit. It taste more "complete" than the Noa.

Supermarket bottle 16 euro. Nice stuff. Well made. Would buy again.

Nero D'Avola--youthful, full of bold flavors like blackberry, coffee, and plum yet with the earthiness of a wine twice its age. Bumped this one into the nines simply bc of massive #qpr #sicily @Kyle Harvey these wines would be fantastic in 5 years if I could keep them around that long
