This is a really good wine. For a full bodied wine it has a nice light finish. Full of cherry and blackberry with a bit of pepper.

First ever wine review, so please forgive me. Aroma is black currant, blueberry jam, spice and a nice dose of alcohol. Taste is slight oak, new oak I imagine, with additional berry notes and finishes dry.

Cannot believe some of the reviews. Obviously some were drinking a very different or very poorly stored batch. My reviews are usually within 0.2 of the pros. Something is strange about these reviews.

A little better than it was a year ago, but still a little unbalanced. A little sharp, mellowing into medium fruit toward the finish.
