A beautifully hazy, moussey pet nat. Emily says it smells fresh but with a hint of thawed dog poo, like the park air when the snow melts in the spring. I smell dusty berries, some green pear, white flowers. Bright, a bit acetic (apple cider vinegar) but otherwise clean. Refreshing, wants food. Cool label.

A really fun, very crushable sparkling. This one clocks in at 10% so it’s definitely a patio pounder. Pours with a rich mousse and has a nose of green strawberries. On the palate there is a bit of an off-dry lactose feel and the finish ends with figs and raspberry.
