Sweet red raspberry with a sappy herbaceousness. Bright and tangy on the palate, with flavors of orange zest, mulled cranberries, and slate. Clean finish with appreciable length.

This is 2015 vintage. I felt it has more tasty than 2013 and we can enjoy its complexity. But not too much. Good to meet Japanese cuisine, soy sauce based. @11000, new Miura, 191210
