Fruits and flowers on nose. Deep purple color but belies a silky body and structure. Nicely resolved and round texture on palate with a bit of pleasant sweetness followed by long mellow finish. Tasty but perhaps lacking just a bit of complexity and character. A nice drinking wine on day one though. Latham tasting. 8/12/16. However, went downhill day two. Alcoholic nose with loss of fruit that wasn't prominent on day one. More one dimensional than previous day on day one. Drop score by 0.1.
