Deep gold. More depth of color than previous vintages. Inviting nose of minty red apple. Medium full palate yields golden apple, green herbs, and raw cinnamon ("spicy" indeed). Medium plus acidity from entry to lengthy finish balances the overall rich mouthfeel. Excellent foil for, well, spicy foods. Drink now.

Sep 13th, 2022Star bright pale gold. Inviting nose and medium palate of lychee, quince, and cardamom. Medium plus acidity. Nice balance between fruit and spicy tartness, though I wouldn’t take it to really spicy food as they suggest. Best to add zip to a less flavorful meal. Roasted poultry, fish with cream sauce, and the like. Drink now.

Tropical fruit aromas leading to just off-dry palate with lychee, hint of ginger spice and loads of juicy acidity. It did indeed pair excellently with Punjabi Indian take out as long as you don’t get carried away with the spice level. #gerwurztraminer #marlborough

Peach, grapefruit, spice. Interesting spice component. Crisp,and light. This was enjoyable. Had the 2017 vintage

Excellent white! It has a robust tropical fruity body, which is slightly acidic but not overbearing. A true delight to drink either alone or with light fare.
