Črna Penina klasična metoda ekstra brut Teran

Delicious! Has a nice champagne punch to start. As it opens up it softens. Great with cheese, fatty meats, and chocolate.

Crazy Slovenian sparkling red! Dark purple magenta color, great acidity, rustic profile. Scents of grilled meat, ripe blackberries and cassis on the palate. Great with tangy sheep or goats milk cheese with some age on it. Something unique and different similar to finer Lambrusco.

A sentimental favorite. I just don't care what other people think, sparkling Teran is way cool and probably the best from the hands of Vasja Cotar.

I my first time sabering a bottle. I did not do the best job.

Barnyard, black fruit. Really fun.
