Ruby-orange dress. Evolved nose, tar, cola, pine, cedar, anise, fennel. Fine finish on acidity, can be a bit short compared to what we imagine expecting at first, but it is certainly very well done, the tannins are really relaxed and the whole already appears very evolved for 6 years of aging. To drink on not too heavy cuisine, pastas etc.

Robe rubis-orangée. Nez évolué, goudron, cola, pin, cèdre, anis, fenouil. Finale fine sur l’acidité, peut être un poil court par rapport à ce qu’on imagine attendre de prime abord, mais c’est assurément très bien fait, les tanins sont vraiment assouplis et l’ensemble apparaît déjà très évolué pour 6 ans de garde. À boire sur de la cuisine pas trop lourde, pastas etc.
