An outstanding red wine from Italy 🇮🇹. The nose has chocolate 🍫, prunes, figs, raisins, black plums and black cherries. The palate slightly sweet with coffee ☕️, dark chocolate 🍫, blackberries, liquorice ➿, raisins 🍇 and cedar wood. A complex wine very high alcohol would recommend this with a rich lamb dish and cheeses 😀.

Corked. So sad. Bought this from a specialty wine merchant in Dosoduro, Venice who had an amazing selection of interesting wines. On his recommendation, I need to find this again and try it when it’s good.
