Like I said before, nice wine to keep in the cellar. Did great with the Xmas entrees. Serieous mature wine, Packed with flavour, ripe fruits, hints of minerals, tangarine with some zest bitters.

Sep 19th, 2017Soave made for Aging. The others of this winemaker should be able to age as well. But this one in particular. Concentrated flavours, with nutty almonds and their bitters. Apple, perhaps even some mango. Acids are there to make the aging, but they are not in the way. Would expect to open this with a big smile in 5 more years.
